Madison and Omar’s perfect day began on a warm August day at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, overlooking the water. Madison was getting ready with her mom, sister, and all her bridesmaids in the bridal suite. Her makeup was flawless and she was radiating joyful energy the entire day. Meanwhile, Omar arrived at the hotel right before the first look and put the finishing touches on his perfectly tailored suit before their first look. When they saw each other for the first time, they began crying tears of joy. They were high school sweethearts and this moment was a long time coming! We began taking photos out on the deck with the brilliantly blue water sparkling in the background.

A beach wedding at the end of October is always a bit of a risk with New England weather but the light shined down and gave Darcy and Chris the most beautiful beach day! As an event planner, Darcy put a lot of thought and attention into every detail to make sure everything went smoothly. From the blue hues throughout the entire day to a tequila escort card wall, she thought of every little detail.
The most important thing to Haley and Joe was to give their friends and family and incredible weekend together enjoying the Cape. What better place then the Lighthouse Inn where everyone could relax and enjoy the scenery!
It’s hard to put into words the perfection of this day. Everything took place at an amazing house called the Sandcastle on a private beach in Gloucester. The Sandcastle has water surrounding three sides with a huge porch encircling it. All week long Saturday was supposed to be awful weather with fierce thunderstorms rolling through threatening to ruin the beach wedding. When we arrived, it was bright and sunny and everyone was so relaxed.
Jen and Grant had their first look on the deck of the Beauport, where they wiped away each other’s happy tears in an emotional moment. We then were whisked away to Hammond Castle to take photos. The Castle itself looks to be straight from Scotland, which coincidentally matched perfectly with Jen’s roots - her father was in his family’s tartan kilt and her mom matched with a beautiful broach. Even more unusual is the tropical courtyard within the walls where it feels like you’ve been transported to Bermuda. We had such a wonderful time exploring the castle and then took the ride back to the Beauport.
