A beach wedding at the end of October is always a bit of a risk with New England weather but the light shined down and gave Darcy and Chris the most beautiful beach day! As an event planner, Darcy put a lot of thought and attention into every detail to make sure everything went smoothly. From the blue hues throughout the entire day to a tequila escort card wall, she thought of every little detail.

Chris and his groomsmen had a unique and fun setting to get ready for the big day. A golf course can provide a spacious and relaxed atmosphere for the guys to get ready before the ceremony. It can be a nice change of pace from the traditional hotel room or wedding venue.

The first look and bridal party photos took place at the Ocean Edge Resort, which was a beautiful setting for such a memorable moment. The oceanfront setting for their day provided a breathtaking backdrop for the ceremony and reception. It's always a special experience to exchange vows with the sound of the waves and the sea breeze in the air.

Darcy's love of hydrangeas was a big part of the wedding from the flat lay to the bouquets and centerpieces. She wanted to make sure we got some portraits along with a beautiful hydrangea walkway leading up to the Wychmere Beach Club.  We were so lucky that they were still blooming in October, even though they are mid-summer flowers.

Cocktail hour is a great time for guests to mingle with a steel drum set before the reception. The cocktail hour was held outside on the beautiful balcony of the Wychmere Beach Club. Darcy and Chris added a fun and unique touch to cocktail hour with the inclusion of tequila escort cards. These cards featured the names of the guests and their table assignment, with a mini bottle of tequila as a playful and memorable favor. It was a creative way to add some personality to the event and give guests something to take home with them.

The reception began and they danced the night away with an incredible party. This wedding was so memorable and everything was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. We would expect nothing less from Darcy’s hard work!
