The most important thing to Haley and Joe was to give their friends and family and incredible weekend together enjoying the Cape. What better place then the Lighthouse Inn where everyone could relax and enjoy the scenery! They each had their own cottage to get ready in and there was a lot of laughter, joking and ironing. Once they were ready we took separate bridal party photos outside. Haley had a mix of guys and girls on her side and they took the time to pop a bottle of champagne and each person spoke about how they first met and became friends with Haley.

The guys were having a great time in their cottage and there was a surprise gift given of a beautiful photo album of them throughout the years. This was very meaningful because they had known each other ever since high school! First they were friends then after years they began dating. They got engaged during a trip to Iceland. In the majestic land, Joe popped the question. Haley describes it as “beautiful and perfect”.

They had their ceremony on the lawn overlooking the ocean. Their friend, Eryk, officiated the wedding to make it truly personal to them. Even though he dropped the rings as he was handing it over to them, everyone roared with laughter, a true testament to how much love their friend group has for each other. With a kiss they were wed and we finally got to take photos of them together just as the golden sun was setting. The reception began and it was non-stop dancing. Everyone, including the grandparents, got up and were dancing the night away. Finally we gathered the troops outside for a sparkler send-off. The cool night air was a welcome relief from the hot and busy dance floor. Such a heartfelt wedding and we know these two have a lifetime of happiness ahead of them!
