A beach wedding at the end of October is always a bit of a risk with New England weather but the light shined down and gave Darcy and Chris the most beautiful beach day! As an event planner, Darcy put a lot of thought and attention into every detail to make sure everything went smoothly. From the blue hues throughout the entire day to a tequila escort card wall, she thought of every little detail.

The wedding of L&S was steeped in luxury and history with their ceremony at the Old South Meeting House and their reception at the Four Seasons Boston. L&S were prepping for their big day in their separate Four Seasons suites. Sunlight streaming in, a mix of excitement and nerves in the air, and laughter filling the rooms. These candid moments captured their genuine anticipation for the big day. It was an exceptionally hot August day so they decided to have their first look inside the hotel space with their families and friends to witness. It was an emotional reveal for Seb and they had a sweet moment before we took a few photos of family before heading over to the ceremony.
I got to know Ian back in 2019, when I photographed his sister, Caitlin’s wedding at the Wychmere Beach Club. When Ian got engaged, he reached out right away and we were honored to be a part of it! Paige’s parents live on a gorgeous estate in Southborough, MA, which provided the perfect backdrop for their luxury tented wedding, which was planned to perfection by Paula Marrero of Marrero Events. The bright and bold floral designs created by the florist, Whitemoss & Twig, along with the lush greenery, added to the overall beauty of the wedding.

Allie and Will's engagement session in the North End of Boston was nothing short of magical. The sun was shining bright as the couple strolled hand in hand through the charming neighborhood.
As we strolled around the area Allie and Will decided to go inside one of their favorite restaurants in the North End, Ciao Roma, a place that holds a special place in their hearts. The restaurant was cozy and intimate, and the couple sat at a table chatting as I captured.
It was clear to see that Allie and Will have a deep connection, as they were natural in front of the camera and their chemistry was undeniable. We stopped to take a few photos in front of the iconic Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge during sunset, the bridge was beautifully lit and it was a perfect backdrop for their romantic session. The tulips that were blooming also added a beautiful touch of color to the background of their photos.
As we wrapped up the session, Allie and Will shared their excitement for their upcoming wedding at the Fairmont Copley in February. I couldn't help but feel excited too, as I know that their wedding will be just as beautiful and special as their engagement session was.
I am honored to have been a part of this special time in Allie and Will's lives, and I can't wait to photograph their big day in February!
Steph and Luke's wedding was a beautiful and unforgettable event. The couple had a special connection to Boston College, where they met and spent their college years together. The church, with its towering spires and grand architecture, provided the perfect setting for Steph and Luke to exchange their vows.
Kelli and Anthony tied the knot at the stunning Newport Harbor Island Resort on a beautiful sun-filled day. The purple florals added a pop of color to the already gorgeous setting, making the day even more memorable.
Lauren + Matt decided to take their time with wedding planning because of the pandemic so they were able to incorporate many elements of Boston into different aspects of their day. They decided to ditch the wedding cake tradition in favor of Boston’s famous Mike’s Pastry cannoli’s instead. They also wrote hand written notes to each of their guests as escort cards to make sure they all knew how grateful they were than they could celebrate with them. Lauren even designed a 6x8’ moss wall as a backdrop to their photo booth!
How can I write about perfection? From the very beginning to the very end, this day went absolutely perfectly. From the smallest of details to the big moments - like the gorgeous sailboat directly behind them as they shared their first kiss! Maggie grew up in Duxbury so she knew she wanted a beach wedding. After looking around the many south shore venues, a friend suggested she check out the Beauport. After having lunch there they decided it was a perfect fit for their nautical-themed wedding.
S+R had the most elegant spring wedding day that was just so classically Boston. They began getting ready at the Lenox Hotel overlooking the hustle and bustle of Boylston street. I loved the details of the gold leaf invitation and the creative library book card save-the-date. The flowers were absolutely stunning and the soft pink and white peonies gave the feeling of spring. When everyone was dressed and ready, we headed out to Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cathedral. They had their sweet ceremony and we all rode back to the reception at the Boston Public Library.
Vanessa had a vision and she spent countless hours putting together all the finishing touches to bring that dream to reality. The only Saturday in May that was available at Connemara House Farm happened to be, Saturday May 7th, Vanessa's favorite day of the year! The Kentucky Derby always falls on the first Saturday in May so it was perfect timing. All the guests arrived dressed in bright colors and fun hats. That set the stage for an amazingly fun experience.
It’s always wonderful to be at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester rain or shine but this is the first time we’ve experienced such wild weather! There was not only rain but high winds, hail, a blindingly golden sunset and even a purse caught fire! The dramatic weather belied the sweet and even-tempered nature of Sarah and Matt, who brought nothing but love and happiness to their wedding day. Gotta love it when mother nature decides to throw some spice into the mix!
The wedding of A+N was elegance personified. The entire event took place at the Union Club of Boston from the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony to the dancing. The Union Club has multiple levels and each event took place on a different floor. The most impressive being the top floor overlooking Boston Common. Founded in 1863, the Union Club has a rich history, which drew A+N to it as the perfect place for their wedding after enjoying it for years as members. The couple’s drive, philanthropy and love for each other make them the perfect match.
Jenna and Brad’s wedding was one of the most spectacular we’ve seen.
