Boston in December is something special. For Megan and Christian, it was the perfect setting for their wedding. With a ceremony at Old South Church and a reception at the Fairmont Copley Plaza, their day was a perfect blend of fun and elegance.
Courtney and Matt’s wedding at the Four Seasons Boston was the epitome of elegance and luxury. From start to finish, the couple ensured their guests experienced an unforgettable celebration filled with thoughtful details.
Elena and Aaron chose to get married in the beautiful estate of GreatHorse, a premiere golf course spanning many acres. On site, they have a beautiful venue overlooking the Connecticut River Valley. The began getting ready in the upstairs bridal suite. Everyone was so relaxed and happy, we knew then and there it was going to be a perfect day. After getting dressed, we separately took golf carts over to the bridge, where they were to have their first look. It was such a touching moment, where the couple read heartfelt vows to each other.
A summer wedding at Pelham House on Cape Cod is truly something special. For Anna and Mike, getting married on the Cape was a dream rooted in family memories. For Anna, Cape Cod has been her summer sanctuary, a place woven into her family’s legacy. Her love for the Cape goes back generations, with summers spent at her grandparents’ family home, a tradition her mother continued and cherished. Now, she and her husband Mike have shared in these traditions, spending many summers here, deepening their love for the Cape during the pandemic and wedding planning.
Do you remember, the 21st night of September? It was the most popular wedding date of 2024 but the song of the night could have been rain, rain, go away, come again another day. Despite the constant drizzle, Julia and Max didn’t let the weather get in the way of their fun for a single minute. They were all smiles from the first look throughout the lively dancing with Kahootz. Luckily, Julia and Max chose one of the absolute best venues in Boston for when it’s a rainy day.
Julia and Sean’s wedding was a day full of personal touches and meaningful moments, set against two iconic Boston locations. The couple met during their time at Babson College, where Sean captained the baseball team and Julia excelled in cross-country and track. Their connection grew through shared activities, mutual friends, and a strong sense of camaraderie.
Julia and Mike had the most picturesque wedding day imaginable. Picture this: it’s your wedding day and you’re watching the sunset on the rooftop after your ceremony on the grand allée of the Crane Estate. You’re about to head to your reception when you realize you forgot to practice your first dance in your dress! No time like the present so you whip out the phone playlist and have a moment together laughing and taking it all in. Despite a jam-packed day, Julia and Mike were so relaxed and enjoyed every second of their glamorous wedding. Photographers know what a dream the Crane Estate is to capture and we were thrilled with so many iconic shots. Planned to perfection by Elegant Aura, our hearts are full.
Jackie and Graham wanted their wedding to be elegant but most importantly, fun and exciting for their guests. They accomplished this in spades as everyone was in awe of the grandeur of the Boston Public Library. They began getting ready in the Westin Copley, surrounded by their families and friends. They then walked over to the Boston Public Library for their intimate first look on the grand staircase. Graham was at the top of the staircase, eagerly anticipating Jackie ascent to have their moment together. They then took everyone into the courtyard for some photos.
There's something profoundly special about capturing the wedding of dear friends. When Bojan, a friend of nearly a decade, asked us to photograph his wedding with the stunning Laura, we didn't hesitate for a moment. It doesn't hurt at all that Laura is a professional model and the connection they share has been truly special since day one. We began getting ready at Laura's family home in Southhampton. Laura and Bojan opted out of the traditional route and chose to get ready together in the same house.
Andrew and Olivia’s wedding at Shining Tides was a heartfelt celebration of their journey together. Their story began at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont, a small campus where their paths nearly crossed many times but never quite met. Andrew, a year ahead of Olivia, shared mutual friends and even attended the same parties, but it wasn’t until Olivia’s senior year that they finally connected.
M&B’s wedding at the stunning Boston Harbor Hotel was truly a standout event that was beautifully elegant. They chose the Boston Harbor Hotel as the backdrop for their big day, and it couldn't have been more perfect. The day started with the couple getting ready at the hotel. One of the most memorable parts of the day was the first look by the harbor. We then strolled along the harbor walk, capturing intimate moments against the picturesque views. A short journey over Fort Point Channel led us to the classic cobblestoned walk, where we captured some of my favorite photos of the day with the Boston Harbor Hotel gracing the background.
Sara and Russell’s wedding at The Tower: A Longwood Venue in February was the perfect blend of crisp winter vibes and a stunning urban backdrop. With bright, sunny skies and a chill in the air, it was a picturesque setting for this nurse and firefighter.
Lee & Cam aimed to make an unforgettable experience for their guests for their stunning Newport wedding. Lee envisioned countless little details to make everyone feel welcome and delighted. While Mother Nature had her own plans (it poured buckets almost the entire day!) it all ended up coming together in the end with the help of Paula of Marrero Events, who pieced together the complex logistics. Lee began getting ready at the cottages at Castle Hill Inn in Newport.
W&S wanted a gorgeous upscale wedding at the modern Lakeview Pavilion in November. W’s request was for everything to be light. bright and fun, which is exactly what Linda of Lemon Drop Team planned. Lakeview Pavilion was the perfect place to make her dreams come to reality. W got ready inside the bridal suite and then we went outside on the deck to photograph her and her bridesmaids. It was a mild weather year so despite it being mid-November, the beautiful orange and red foliage was still on the trees.
Madison and Omar’s perfect day began on a warm August day at the Beauport Hotel in Gloucester, overlooking the water. Madison was getting ready with her mom, sister, and all her bridesmaids in the bridal suite. Her makeup was flawless and she was radiating joyful energy the entire day. Meanwhile, Omar arrived at the hotel right before the first look and put the finishing touches on his perfectly tailored suit before their first look. When they saw each other for the first time, they began crying tears of joy. They were high school sweethearts and this moment was a long time coming! We began taking photos out on the deck with the brilliantly blue water sparkling in the background.
Helen is the younger sister of one of our previous clients from years ago. When she first reached out, we couldn’t have been more excited to work with her! Reuniting with her family was a blast, and meeting Mike's crew was the icing on the cake. Everyone got ready at the Intercontinental, with their huge rooms overlooking Boston Harbor. What began as a drizzly October day eventually became a beautiful afternoon.
