Ariel and Bruno wanted to commemorate their life in NYC with an engagement session in the city. They are moving back to Massachusetts but have so many wonderful memories in the city! These days, there are very few people out and about so we had free reign without crowds. We began in the seaport to capture the beautiful cobblestone streets and brick buildings. We then walked to the water to get a great view of the Brooklyn bridge lit up in the distance. After that, we headed over to their neighborhood near Battery park. Just as we got there, a summer rain storm came rolling through. Thankfully we got to their apartment just in time for a quick outfit change and to pick up their adorable golden-doodle, Teddy.
Teddy is very aptly named for his adorable rust colored fluff and sweet and wiggly personality. He was as cute as can be during his closeup. After the rain, the sunset made for a dramatic backdrop with storm clouds in the distance. We went to one of their favorite spots just as the sun was going down. Such a happy and beautiful couple and we can’t wait for their wedding next June at the Park Plaza!
