Do you remember, the 21st night of September? It was the most popular wedding date of 2024 but the song of the night could have been rain, rain, go away, come again another day. Despite the constant drizzle, Julia and Max didn’t let the weather get in the way of their fun for a single minute. They were all smiles from the first look throughout the lively dancing with Kahootz. Luckily, Julia and Max chose one of the absolute best venues in Boston for when it’s a rainy day.

Maggie and Gunnar’s Sunset Farm wedding in Groton was such a relaxed and fun affair. The most important thing for them was that all their family and friends enjoyed themselves! They originally met in college Freshman year at James Madison University. They were originally friends but eventually it turned into something more over that first year. They have been through so much together from college graduations to first jobs and Gunnar was always there to rub her feet after long shifts at the hospital. Maggie has always been his best cheerleader during college football and there to support him as he advances in his career as a software engineer. They made so many stories together and their wedding day was no exception.
I met Jessica and Sal on a warm sunny afternoon at the Acton Arboretum. I had never been there before and was so surprised to find such a hidden paradise! Sal is originally from Acton so it was a spot he knew well. We took their sprightly dog, Mia, on a walk around the park. She was interested in everything besides the camera but that didn't matter as she had a great time being outdoors exploring. We continued around the winding paths, discovering the spring flowers and woods while the sun was setting perfectly, casting a golden glow. I can't wait to be a part of their wedding this fall at the Beauport in Gloucester!
Kiley and Sean had a dream wedding in Marblehead, one of the most picturesque towns in New England. They began getting ready with a pop of champagne and laughs all around. Sean saw Kiley for the first time in her dress as she was walking down the aisle and silently broke down with emotion. The smile as he looked at her was truly unforgettable. Their sweet ceremony ended with a kiss then a ribbon sendoff. They were driven by an antique Rolls Royce over to the dock, where they boarded a boat to bring them to the Corinthian Yacht Club.
A truly special moment happened when a young buck and a doe appeared out of the woods. We were walking in a shaded area right before the sun went down when they silently crossed our path. The buck wasn't afraid and even gave me the chance to get a couple closeup shots looking right at the camera! What an unforgettable evening with one of the best sunsets I've seen in ages. Spring is finally here in Boston and I for one couldn't be happier!
