Jess and Josh had to scrap their Boston city wedding and instead planned a beautiful Cape Cod Micro Wedding in a matter of weeks. Even though it was very different than what they originally envisioned, everything was absolutely perfect from the bright sunny weather to the colorful flowers to their delicious wood fired pizza catered by Pizza Barbone. They even got to bring their puppy, Cooper to the wedding. It was such a perfect wedding day and we wish them all the best!
HOW THEY MET
Jess and Josh met in college at Northeastern when she asked to be his lab partner in Soil Mechanics class. After class they got lunch together and grew to become friends and eventually began a relationship. Josh remembers their first meeting months earlier when on a class tour of a wastewater treatment plant when he was discussing his love of eggnog to a group of people when Jess chimed in that eggnog is actually disgusting. We’re going to have to agree with Jess on this one.
THEIR WEDDING STORY
Their planning process was a long winding road but eventually they settled into a moderate sized wedding in the city of Boston, where they met and lived in together for ten years. Little did they know that they would end up re-planning the entire day due to the global pandemic. They always struggled determining the size of the wedding they wanted and in a weird way they ended up with the wedding size they both ultimately would have preferred.
