Cape Cod is a very important place for both Conner and Caitlin and they wanted to show their guests how special it is! Conner and Caitlin, along with her parents, planned events that would showcase all that the Cape has to offer. On their website they compiled a list of some of their favorite places and things to do on Cape when we are there during the summer. They also worked with local vendors to support Cape businesses. However, the most special part of their wedding is the original artwork done by Conner. Each table was named for a town on Cape Cod and Conner painted a scene to represent them all. They then turned the paintings into postcards so all the guests had Conner Mills originals that they could either frame or use to communicate with loved ones.

They began getting ready at their separate homes on the Cape. They had so many great details and everyone was excited to begin the day. They then had their ceremony at Our Lady of Victory in Centerville. With a kiss they were married! Their first stop after the church was Sundae’s School to grab an ice cream. It made for a very happy bridal party as a great way to beat the heat. We then stopped one more time to capture the overlook, seeing Wychmere in the distance. Finally we made it to the Wychmere Beach Club for the start of the cocktail hour.

Everyone was enjoying the delicious raw bar, snacks and drinks while overlooking the canal. The reception was decorated to perfection as they entered. The theme of Cape Cod was on full display in all their details. Right after the introductions and speeches, we stole Caitlin and Conner away for some incredible sunset photos on the beach. The light was perfection and it was then they finally had a chance to be with each other and take in the beautiful day. Once the party got started there was no stopping the dancing. Some of the best dance moves we’ve seen all year were on display. There were ripped pants, bloody knees and smiles that lasted for days. Congratulations to the wonderful couple!
