Debbie + Scott | Hyatt Regency Cambridge Winter Wedding
You can trust Boston to be cold on January but Debbie and Scott made the whole day brighter with their fantastic wedding that took place on the top floor of the Hyatt Rengency Cambridge. The day began in their respective suites prepping for the day with their friends and family. The color palette was white, gold and emerald green. It was a color I haven’t often seen and it worked perfectly for an elegant winter wedding.
They had their first look overlooking Boston and Debbie’s huge smile was contagious! The whole rest of the day everyone couldn’t be happier. We braved the cold together as the golden sunlight warmed the scene out by the Charles River. They were real troopers as the temps were below freezing with ice forming along the water’s edge. Debbie wore her great Aunt’s fur coat to keep her warm but we only lasted about 15 minutes before heading inside to warm up before the ceremony.
The ceremony was officiated by Debbie’s Matron of Honor. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a couple happier during their vows, they were both grinning ear to ear! The sun was setting over Boston, which was a beautiful sight to see. After the ceremony they began their cocktail hour at the Empress Ballroom and then reception on the top floor. Everything was decorated so beautifully by the Tangled Web. They danced the night away to music from Jimmy Espo and had so much fun. It was an honor to be a part of their celebration and we wish them the very best honeymoon in Australia!
