Haley and Joe are two of the sweetest people I've met. It was clear from the first few minutes how much they are devoted to each other. We met at World's End on a warm summer's evening as the sun was slowly making it's way down to a golden glow. I warned Haley to wear comfortable shoes since we ended up walking miles along the rolling hills, exploring all that World's End has to offer. The best part was when we got to the quiet forested area and then spotted 3 deer - two does and a fawn. We walked a bit further then saw many more of all ages in the long grass, seemingly unfazed by our presence. We ended up seeing 11 total that evening, which was such a magical experience. What good luck as they embark on their journey as soon-to-be husband and wife!

I met Margaret and Colin on a picture perfect day in the Boston Common gardens. The sun was shining, the flowers were in bloom and we had the perfect afternoon to explore! We walked around the swan pond and then made our way over to the iconic Acorn street. After a few photos on the cobblestones, we headed over to the esplanade to catch the last part of the beautiful sunset over the water.
Being around these two quickly made me realize that Breezy and Tim truly are best friends. They've been together for 6 years and their smiles are contagious! We had such a wonderful afternoon exploring the cliff walk and goat island as the sun was setting. I can't wait to be a part of their big day next June on the Cape!
When Tom first saw Kendra, she was stepping out of an Uber in Union square. That moment changed the course of both of their lives forever. Tom wanted to surprise Kendra by asking her to marry him in the spot where it all began. After having dinner in Davis Square, Kendra thought that they were meeting a friend for drinks at Backbar in Union. As they walked in the square, Tom got down on one knee and proposed. Immediately Kendra was so overcome with emotions that she dropped to her knees crying tears of joy saying "yes".
What do you get when you combine the perfect couple, the perfect dog and the perfect light? THESE PHOTOS! Love these guys, I've been holding off on posting this session because I wanted to do it justice. I cannot wait for their wedding in August!
Elaine and Tuan wanted their engagement session to capture the love between them and also the beautiful fall foliage. What better spot than at the Arnold Arboretum, very close to where Tuan used to live when they began seeing each other. The afternoon walk around the gardens really showed their playful side. When I asked Elaine and Tuan to make each other laugh, they instantly went to goofy faces. The gardens look simply stunning year-round, amazingly there are still flowers blooming this late!
What a great couple we had the pleasure of spending last Monday with! Ashley and Matt are in the architectural/engineering field so what better place for an engagement session than at iconic buildings around Cambridge. We began at the newly renovated Harvard Art Museum in the courtyard. After taking in the beautiful renovation, we took a short walk to Le Corbusier's Carpenter Center. Don't get us started on architecture or else we will surely spend more time discussing theory and design than actually photographing!
Wow, what a perfect night to walk around Gloucester! We begain at Cressy Beach and ended up taking a walk by the Eastern Point Lighthouse. Mary and Leon have been so much fun to spend time with and they definitely brought their A game to this lovely evening session. I can't wait to see what their fashionista style will bring on their wedding day in October!
This lovely couple met us in North Point Park on a beautiful day to take in the incredible view of the Zakim and the Charles. Afterwards we drove to Beacon Hill for a walk around the quintessentially Boston cobblestoned streets. Finally we ended up in the Boston Garden right as the sun was setting and the sky was set aglow by the street lamps.
The Arnold Arboretum hold wonders unique to each season. Ksusha and Filipe decided to bring their bikes for a ride around the winding paths, taking in the lilacs and beautiful spring flowers. We then headed to the deCordova Museum in Concord for an old-fashioned picnic during the sunset. Ksusha's design skills came in handy as I think her set up was the most beautiful picnic I've ever seen! Finally we snuck into Walden Pond just as it was closing for some epic shots in the water. What a fantastic couple and we can't wait for their wedding next year in May!
