Caitlin and Leo got engaged in Copenhagen by the Little Mermaid statue while on a trip with Leo’s family. Copenhagen is a special place for them because Caitlin spent 2 months there during their Junior year at WPI. Leo flew out to meet her at the end of the school year and spent 2 weeks traveling together around Europe. It was their first trip together, which was an amazing experience and made them grow closer.

Sharon and Jeff met at work 12 years ago when they developed a strong relationship over time. They realized that they had each found their soulmate but for many years said they would never marry. After 8 years into the relationship, they finally got engaged on New Years Eve while on vacation in the British Virgin Islands. Planning a wedding is always a big undertaking and Sharon and Jeff made sure it would be an unforgettable day.
The two of them had the most beautiful day ever with a vintage twist! They selected the Omni Parker House, which was the perfect venue for their style right in the center of Boston. After getting ready, they had their first look on the top floor surrounded by historic sites. We then took a walk outside to Old City Hall for their portraits. They then had their sweet ceremony in King’s Chapel, which was originally built in 1754 before the founding of the country. There were so many great moments, especially between Paige and her Dad. At one point we thought the floor was going to collapse from so much dancing!
Cynthia and Billy began getting ready at a modern AirBnB overlooking a pond on the Cape. They had a short tea ceremony with their parents and then it was off to the Heritage Museum and Gardens. Cynthia changed into her white dress and they had their first look by the fountain. We then walked with the bridal party around the extensive grounds. From secret gardens to a tree house to an old fashioned carousel, every corner we turned there was beauty!
VanNhi and Pierre's wedding was a party from the start! The energy from the bridal party all the way through till dancing they kept us moving on our feet. They had their first look, ceremony and reception all at the Danversport Yacht Club. There were thunderstorms in the forecast but they held off long enough for them to have their touching ceremony outside overlooking the harbor. The way Pierre looked at VanNhi was inspiring, their love for one another is unconditional.
Michelle and Jackie met at crew many years ago, which was where they developed a deep friendship and fell in love. Some of Jackie's favorite memories were spent on the dock in Edgartown on her family's estate. It was only natural that they would decided to get married there surrounded by their beloved family and friends. They began getting ready at separate houses and went to the Edgartown Lighthouse for their first look. They popped a bottle of champagne for a quick sip on the beach and then they went up to the top of the lighthouse for some quick photos overlooking the harbor.
Their wedding took place at the gorgeous Willowdale Estate is in the middle of a state forest. Kim's idea was to incorporate simplicity in their decorations to let nature shine through with a bohemian feel. Kim comes from a crafty family and always knew she wanted to plan the small details on her wedding day. Their entire day was filled with surrounding love from family and friends. Despite the light showers, it didn't put a damper on the day at all. Towards the end of day we got to sneak out for a beautiful sunset. What a relaxed and beautiful day to remember forever!
Spending time in World's End, it's hard to imagine that you are so close to Boston. The quiet, idyllic hills and coastline have been kept pristine for generations, thanks to The Trustees of Reservations. We met on a warm fall day when the leaves were just beginning to turn. The sun gave out that golden hue as we walked around with Benji, their little French Bulldog pup. I don't think Jess and Sin can take a bad photo as their glamorous style lit up the natural beauty around them. The session came to an end all too soon as the sun retreated. We could have spent hours exploring all World's End has to offer!
