This gorgeous couple is getting married at Beauport next year in Gloucester. They chose to have their engagement session in the Boston Public gardens, Beacon Hill and the Esplanade. Quick to smile and so clearly in love, they made my job photographing easy! Such a perfect fall day for the perfect couple.

Lisa and Alex were looking glamorous for their October engagement session in Back Bay. We began at the Boston Public Gardens right as the leaves were turning. It was a crisp fall day and Lisa braved the chilly weather in a beautiful dusty pink dress. We then took the short walk to Beacon Hill for that classic Boston look. Finally we made the trek to the esplanade right as the sun was setting. The clouds were hiding the golden glow but the sky was dramatic nonetheless. We can’t wait for their big Armenian-Montenegrin wedding coming up next year at the Danversport Yacht Club!
Yasmine and Osama have a complicated story about their engagement session. They originally scheduled it in Calgary, but forest fires caused it not to happen at all. Not to be deterred, they decided that if the mountains wouldn’t work out then they could capture a beautiful city-scape of Boston in the fall. Little did they know that unpredictable New England weather would almost ruin their plans!
Karen and Pat's day will go down as the hottest of the year for us! The two of them eloped in Kauai, Hawaii back in February with Karen planning the whole elopement in just one week! They spent two weeks island hopping then came back to plan a celebration with family and friends.
I met Margaret and Colin on a picture perfect day in the Boston Common gardens. The sun was shining, the flowers were in bloom and we had the perfect afternoon to explore! We walked around the swan pond and then made our way over to the iconic Acorn street. After a few photos on the cobblestones, we headed over to the esplanade to catch the last part of the beautiful sunset over the water.
What a sweet couple! We began at the Boston Public garden to catch the last of the flowering trees. From there we took a walk through Beacon Hill and the iconic Acorn Street. We finally ended at the esplanade so they could dip their toes into the Charles River at sunset.
These guys will soon tie the knot on Thompson Island and I for one cannot wait for their fun and relaxed affair out in the middle of Boston Harbor. Here's to hoping to see some epic fireworks displays and bonfires on July 4th weekend!
