Stephanie + Billy | Crane Estate Wedding
Stephanie and Billy met through Billy's cousin, Emily. Stephanie and Emily had known each other since they were kids from dancing together. After losing touch, they met again at UNH and promptly became roommates as if no time had passed. After hearing a lot about Emily's cool cousin, Billy, they finally got the chance to hang out together at a party. They ended up being the last ones up and went outside to stare at the stars until 5am. They knew they were a match made in heaven and have been together ever since!
Billy proposed in August after a dinner. They were walking around Rowes wharf and Billy got down on one knee to propose. Stephanie was so happy and right after she said "yes", a friendly tourist gave them a high five and took their photo under the moonlight.
Their wedding day began with some threatening forecasts of rain. It was disappointing to think that we wouldn't be able to go outside and take advantage of the beautiful scenery. Thankfully, the rain finally stopped and 5 minutes before the ceremony began and they chose to move from the tent to the lawn. It was a real team effort with the kitchen staff and coordinators rearranging the chairs and me and Jovan moving the flowers. Jovan and I even doubled as flower girls spreading the petals moments before they walked down the aisle! It was totally worth it to make Stephanie and Billy's dream come true of getting married looking over the allée of the Crane Estate!
