Jennifer + Tobin | New Bedford Yacht Club Wedding
Jennifer and Tobin came all the way from way out west to share their special day with their friends and family in New Bedford, MA. Jennifer did a fantastic job planning their wedding from afar, as Tobin has spent the majority of the last year deployed with the US Air Force. Their wedding day was filled with laughter, happy tears and lots of great memories. Their nautical themed wedding was accented with teal and coral. We made sure to take the drone out for a spin to snap a few photos of the beautiful day out on Buzzard's Bay.

Jennifer and Tobin started their day getting ready in South Dartmouth. The girls were helping each other into their dresses and putting their finishing touches on their hair and makeup. The girls made sure to start the morning off right by popping a bottle of champagne out on the balcony, while the guys shared a shot of whisky.
After everyone was ready and in their best, they headed over to the Congregational Church of South Dartmouth. There wasn't a dry eye in the room as Jennifer made her way down the isle to Tobin. Their ceremony was filled with lots of love, laughter and happy tears. After their Blessings of the Sand and their 'I do's', Jennifer and Tobin shared their first kiss as husband and wife.
Everyone hopped back onto the trolley to head back over to Buzzard's Bay to take portraits. Before we all headed out to the dock, Tobin stopped Jennifer and took her to the library nook to give her a quick gift. Knowing her love for lighthouses, he coordinated with an artist while deployed in Bahrain to have a painting created of a lighthouse, one similar to the lighthouse where he proposed. After sharing his gift, everyone headed to the dock to take portraits and to share the home brew beer that was made for their wedding day.
When it was time to head to the reception, Jennifer and Tobin had a surprise in store. What does a newly wed couple do when they want to arrive to their yacht club reception with a grand entrance? Arrive on a sailboat, of course! Jennifer and Tobin took a few minutes to bask in the moment and to relax out on the water before all the festivities started again.
Jennifer and Tobin started the reception with a cocktail hour with their friends and family. When the sun was starting to set, all of Tobin's brothers in the armed forces joined him in the front lawn for a Ceremony of Colors. After the canon had blown and the flag was folded, it was time to start the party! Their reception was filled with great food and lots of dancing. Congratulations to Jennifer and Tobin! Thank you for your service and thank you for having us capture your beautiful wedding day!
